SHIPPING POLICY

Wild Side Pepper Company is not responsible for orders that are completed with incorrect shipping information. If the order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, we can send the package back out to you after you complete a separate invoice to pay for the cost of re-delivery. 

Wild Side Pepper Company is not responsible for packages that are stolen from your residence or are lost in transit. We will work with the shipping provider to make sure the package is delivered to the address entered on the order. 

Wild Side Pepper Company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. We do not guarantee the delivery times of any order All estimated delivery times listed on the website come directly from the shipping carrier and are estimates for transit times once the carrier receives the package. Actual carrier delivery and transit times will vary throughout the year based on volume levels and the carriers capacity. Wild Side Pepper Company strives to ensure packages are provided to the shipping carrier within 2-3 business days after the order is placed.
