12th Annual Elevation Celebration

Conifer, Colorado - July 26–27, 2025

High in the beautiful mountains of Conifer, Colorado, Wild Side Pepper Company brought the heat to the 12th Annual Elevation Celebration Festival — our very first two-day show!

Like every great event, it started with an application and a wait to see if we’d be chosen as vendors. When we got the “yes,” we knew we were in for something special. But this time, we had a new challenge: setting up and breaking down our booth twice in one weekend. Thankfully, fate was on our side — the weekend before the festival, we found the perfect truck topper. This last-minute addition made all the difference, keeping our products and gear protected from the mountain weather and making setup and breakdown a whole lot easier.

From the moment the festival kicked off, the atmosphere was alive. Across from our booth, the beer tent kept the music flowing with live bands all weekend long, and just steps away, the Yum Bus food truck was serving some of the most delicious bites we’ve ever had. A huge thank you to John for the most incredible gyro Amanda and I have ever eaten — it was the perfect fuel for a busy show day.

More than the music, the food, or the perfect mountain air, what made this event truly special was the warm, welcoming spirit of the Conifer community. We met so many friendly faces, from long-time locals to first-time visitors, and each one reminded us why we love doing in-person events.

By the end of the weekend, we left with tired feet, happy hearts, and plenty of new Wild Side family members. Conifer, you showed us that community and flavor both thrive at high elevation — and we can’t wait to come back.
